Heat in 375 degree oven covered, for approx. 30 mins, then rotate front to back. Continue to cook for an additional 25 - 45 mins or until internal temp of brisket is 165 degrees

Heat in 375 Degree oven covered for Approx. 15 - 20 mins. Then rotate the front to the back of oven, and cook for an additional 35 - 45 mins or until internal temp of the pork is 165 degrees. Remove it from oven, uncover, top it with gremolata and serve

Boneless chicken breast sauteed with garlic, shallots, sage & fresh thyme, finished in a buttery wine sauce layered with prosciutto and provolone cheese garnished with marinated eggplant

Slow braised pork & beef ragu Bolognese layered between homemade pasta sheets w/ricotta, mozzarella, herbs & San Marzano Marinara
Heat in 375 degree oven covered, for approx. 20 mins, then rotate front to back. Continue to cook for an additional 35 - 45 mins or until internal temp of Lasagna is 155. At this point, uncover and return to oven for 10 mins to brown cheese. Now pull the lasagna out of oven and let rest for at least 10 - 15 mins before cutting.
